Fishermen's Trail Almograve

Trail description

A 6.4 km section of the Fishermen's Trail south of Almograve, from the small fishing harbour of Lapa das Pombas along the cliffs toward Cabo Sardao, with about 80 m of climbing. This coast holds the world's only colony of white storks nesting on sea cliffs, with dozens of nests on rock ledges near Cabo Sardao. The full stage from Almograve to Zambujeira do Mar is about 22 km.
