Trail description
From the stone village of Ermelo in the Alvão Natural Park a track and footpath climb through terraces and oak woods to the viewpoint over the Fisgas de Ermelo, where the Olo river drops some 200 m down a series of quartzite steps, one of the highest waterfalls in Portugal. The best views of the falls are from the viewpoint at the end.
