Trail description
A 5.1 km stretch of the Ecopista do Tâmega from Amarante north past the old Gatão halt, climbing gently about 95 m. The greenway follows the Linha do Tâmega railway, closed to trains in 1990, for about 39 km from Amarante to Arco de Baúlhe. It opened in 2011 and is almost flat and fully rideable.
