Trail description
A 2.2 km walk with about 90 m of climbing from Vale dos Carvalhos to the Cascata da Cabreia on the Rio Mau and on past Crasto, near Sever do Vouga. The waterfall is 25 m high and stands in dense woodland in the Parque da Cabreia, in the parish of Silva Escura. Beyond it the path follows the Ribeira de Castelões.
