Trail description
The GR11 / E9 Caminho do Atlântico in the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park, from Cabo da Roca, the westernmost point of mainland Europe, north to the village of Azenhas do Mar on its clifftop above the Atlantic. The trail crosses coastal heath and sandy paths to the beaches of Adraga, Praia Grande and Praia das Maçãs. Short stretches between the beaches follow village streets and roads.
