Trail description
From the jump-off above Cuenca, Batangas, the Maculot Trail climbs through forest to the campsite below the Rockies viewpoint, then follows the Summit Trail to the 957 m top of Mount Maculot, a dormant flank volcano of Taal. Hikers register in Cuenca before the hike; the campsite is about two hours up and many continue down by the Grotto Trail.
