Trail description
A 1.7 km walk with about 30 m of climbing from Playa La Herradura past Huaca El Túnel, below the Cristo del Pacífico and round the Morro Solar into Chorrillos near the Malecón Grau. The Morro Solar headland is named after the Spanish conquistador Antonio del Solar. It is best known for the 1881 battle of the War of the Pacific, and the battlefield was declared a Historical Intangible Zone in 1986.
