Trail description
A short 0.9 km walk within the Huacas de Moche complex near Trujillo, past Huaca de la Luna to the Mural de los Mitos and the Aiapæc mural. Huaca de la Luna is a large adobe temple built mainly by the Moche people and used between the 1st and 9th centuries AD. It lies about 4 km from Trujillo near the mouth of the Moche River and, with the larger Huaca del Sol, formed part of the Moche capital below Cerro Blanco.
