Trail description

A 2 km climb of about 290 m on Amantani, the island in Lake Titicaca, rising from about 3,820 m to 4,100 m. The round island of about 9 square kilometres has two peaks, Pachatata and Pachamama, with Inca and Tiwanaku ruins on top. About 3,600 Quechua speakers live there, working terraced hillsides by hand.
