Trail description

Ryten (543 m) rises above the beach of Kvalvika on Flakstadøya in Lofoten. The path starts at the Innersand parking area near Fredvang and climbs gradually past Einangen to the summit, about 3.5 km one way, with a steep drop to the beach below. Visit Lofoten describes it as one of the more gradual summit hikes in Lofoten, while a branch path descends to the Kvalvika beach.
