Trail description
Henrikkafossen is a waterfall that drops almost 250 m into the narrow, green canyon of Spansdalen in Lavangen. From the parking area at Spansdalen grendehus (Holmeveien 34) you walk about 0.6 km along the road to Midnattsoltrappa, a one metre wide wooden staircase with railings and 2117 steps that climbs 368 m, then follow a marked path about 0.8 km to the waterfall. The stairs have rest areas and viewpoints along the way.
