Bore Beach Walk

Trail description

A flat 2.8 km walk on the Jæren coast from Selestranden south past the mouth of the Figgjo river and along Borestranden. Borestranden, also called Boresanden, is a beach of fine sand on the Vestre Bore farm in Klepp, running from Hodne in the south to the Figgjo outlet in the north, and is popular with surfers. The whole line lies in the Jærstrendene protected landscape, which covers about 70 km of coast from Tungenes in Randaberg to Sirevåg in Hå.
