Trail description
Barstadbøla (448 m) rises in Spillumsmarka just outside Namsos. From Spillum the route follows gravel roads towards Spillumsvatnet and then a signed path along Fiskløysa to the summit; the last part is somewhat steep. Trøndelag Reiseliv gives about 13 km return from Spillum ski stadium, with views over Spillumsvatnet, Fiskløysa and Barstad.
