Reserva Charco Verde Ometepe

Trail description

The Charco Verde Reserve protects a lagoon surrounded by forest on the west coast of Ometepe. The circuit leaves Hotel Charco Verde via forest trails, passes the lake viewpoint and Volcan Concepcion, and skirts the lagoon via the Piscacho Trail. Howler monkeys and a multitude of birds inhabit this corner of the island.
