Trail description
A 6.8 km coastal walk of about 140 m of climbing at Long Bay in the north of Auckland, in Long Bay Regional Park. The cliffs are of Waitemata sandstone, and the northern part of the park has large pohutukawa trees and regenerating native bush. The park adjoins the Long Bay-Okura Marine Reserve, and the beach is backed by dunes under restoration.
