Trail description
From the Dawson Falls Visitor Centre on the south side of Mount Taranaki the Lower Lake Dive Track crosses stream gullies through moss-draped subalpine forest to Lake Dive and Lake Dive Hut, a small lake below the Beehives. The walk is 12 km out and back with about 670 m of climbing. The stream crossings can be dangerous after heavy rain.
