Trail description
From the Karangahake Reserve car park the walk crosses the Ohinemuri River and follows the old Crown Mine tramway into the Waitawheta Gorge, through tunnels with window openings cut through the cliff high above the river, and returns the same way. Bring a torch for the dark tunnels.
