Trail description
A short walk from the Blue Pools car park on the Haast Pass highway near Makarora through silver beech forest and over swing bridges across the Makarora River to the Blue Pools, clear glacial pools where the Blue River comes in, and back the same way. Large trout are often seen in the pools.
