Trail description
This 3.9 km blue route starts on the Rijksweg near Wellerlooi and loops through De Hamert, an estate of over 1,000 hectares owned by Het Limburgs Landschap within the Maasduinen National Park. It passes the Jachthut Op den Hamer and comes close to the raised bog of the Pikmeeuwenwater. The landscape is river dunes, shaped by wind and water in the last ice age, under woods, heath and fens.
