Visitor Summit (Bandera) from Brezojevice via Mramorje

Trail description

A climb to Bandera (Plana), the 2211 m top of Visitor mountain, from the Brezojevice side just west of Plav. The path climbs through beech forest to the Mramorje pastures beside Visitor lake, then goes up the grassy Visitorske livade to the summit. It is about 6.5 km one way with roughly 1100 m of ascent, on a trail marked red and white. From the top you look down on Lake Plav and across to the Kolata massif, the Grebaje valley and the Karanfili peaks. The upper slopes are steep, so start early and stay on the marked route.
