Trail description

From the Savin Kuk ski centre near Zabljak a long, steep grassy slope leads up onto the Sljeme ridge, one of the finest viewpoints in Durmitor. The path then runs along the rocky crest to the eastern summit at 2,445 m, with views across the whole massif, its valleys and its lakes. It is about 4 km one way with over 900 m of climbing, and the round trip takes roughly 4 to 5 hours. The ridge is not exposed, but stay back from the cliff edge and bring plenty of water. Hike it from late June to September.
