Kotor Ladder

Trail description

The historic Ladder of Kotor, the old caravan trail zigzagging up the mountainside behind the walled city. From the old town dozens of switchbacks climb the steep slope above the bay to the Krstac saddle on the serpentine road at the edge of the Njeguši plateau. About 4.9 km with over 900 m of climbing, with spectacular views over the Bay of Kotor all the way.
