Kom Ljevorecki Summit from Stavna

Trail description

The quietest of the three Komovi summits, Kom Ljevorecki (2469 m) rises on the western side of the massif with views reaching into Albania. From the Stavna eco katun the trail climbs through beech forest, then follows cairns over wide meadows to the Ljuban plateau and up the shoulder to the ridge top, where the last metres are rocky and need sure feet. It is roughly 7 km and 1100 m of ascent each way, about 7 hours for the round trip. Best from July to September. Stavna is reached by a road from the Tresnjevik pass.
