Grlja Waterfall

Trail description

A walk from the Ali Pasha springs near Gusinje up the valley to the Grlja waterfall in Vusanje, mostly on tracks beside the Vusanje road. The Grlja stream drops about 12 m into a deep, narrow canyon, a chain of cascades linking pools and narrow siphons. Its water comes from the Oko Skakavice spring and snowmelt from Prokletije. The canyon was only discovered in 1982, and the falls sit beside a restaurant at the entrance to the Ropojana valley.
