Trail description
A short 0.9 km walk through the Tulum ruins, from the House of the Cenote past the Temple of the Wind, the Great Palace, the Temple of the Frescoes, El Castillo and the Temple of the Sea to the exit. Tulum was a walled Maya city on 12 m cliffs above the Caribbean and a major port for Cobá. It was one of the last cities built by the Maya, at its height in the 13th to 15th centuries.
