Trail description
A flat 3 km walk along the Paseo Santa Lucía in Monterrey, from the Parque Fundidora past the old foundry ladles along the canal to the Macroplaza. Work on the riverwalk began in 1996, stopped for nine years for economic reasons and was finished in 2007. It was opened for the 197th anniversary of Mexican independence and is one of the city's main attractions.
