Trail description
A flat 1 km walk through Parque Agua Azul on the Calzada Independencia in central Guadalajara, past the clock tower. The site once served as a regulating basin for the San Juan de Dios river and had many springs, where people came to bathe and wash clothes in colonial times. It became a park at the end of the 19th century, inspired by green spaces in Europe and the United States.
