Mirador Cerro del Gallego

Trail description

A walk up to the Cerro del Gallego mirador on the road from Cerocahui to Urique, in the Copper Canyon country of Chihuahua. The unpaved road climbs through pine forest to a viewpoint over the deep Urique canyon, the deepest in the Barrancas del Cobre. The panorama into the gorge is immense.
