A 3.2 km walk with about 170 m of climbing from below Real de Catorce west to the viewpoint on the Cerro del Quemado at about 2,880 m. The hill is a sacred site of the Wixárika (Huichol) people, the ceremonial centre where their pilgrimages to Wirikuta culminate.
