Trail description
A flat 1.7 km walk through the historic centre of Mexico City from the Alameda Central by Bellas Artes, past the atrium of the San Francisco church, to the Zócalo. The historic centre is focused on the Zócalo and extends west as far as the Alameda Central, covering just over 9 km² and 668 blocks. The Zócalo is the largest plaza in Latin America and can hold nearly 100,000 people.
