Trail description
A short loop round the Ninth Fort on the northern edge of Kaunas, a tsarist fortress that became a place of terrible wartime memory. Paths lead past the museum and the old ramparts to the towering memorial sculpture on the hill. About 1.8 km, a sombre and moving walk.
