Koknese Manor and Persejas

Trail description

A walk through the manor park of Koknese to the castle ruins standing on a point where the Perse meets the Daugava. Since the river was dammed the medieval ruins sit half in the water, a haunting sight. Old parkland and riverside paths surround the historic site.
