From the parking area, it is about 6 km one way with an elevation gain of approximately 540 m; the ascent takes about two and a half hours via a wide dirt road with gentle slopes. From the summit, Bishkek and its northern suburbs are visible, as well as the snow-capped main range of the Kyrgyz Ala-Too to the south. There is no shade or water on the route; bring at least 1.5 liters per person. From the village of Tatyr, follow the dirt road towards the Sky Bridge and Dove Waterfall, then continue up the serpentine road, leaving your car about one kilometer before the Kara-Bulak eco-resort.
