Trail description
Difficulty level: 4 out of 5 A route for those with prior mountain hiking experience. The most challenging section is the ascent to Kumbel Peak: steep, prolonged, and with scree in some places. It is advisable not to go alone and to start the hike early in the morning to ensure you finish before dark. Recommended gear: trekking poles, sunglasses, a hat, sufficient water and food supplies, and warm clothing — it is often windy at the summit. This is a loop route: ascent via Gorelnik, descent via Kok Zhailau. Beautiful views, changing landscapes, and a true sense of adventure are guaranteed.
