Monakhovo Gorge: waterfall and confluence of Pravaya and Srednyaya Talgar

Trail description

A route starting from the Sputnik Sanatorium in the Talgar district. The path to the waterfall follows the signs to Monakhovo Gorge from the sanatorium parking lot. It runs along the riverbed, requiring frequent crossings over stones through the river. The walk to the waterfall takes 30-45 minutes. After returning to the parking lot, follow the Talgar river along a dirt road to the confluence of the Middle and Right Talgar; this part of the route takes 1-1.5 hours.
