Shikoku Pilgrimage: Shiromine-ji to Negoro-ji

Trail description

This pilgrim path links temple 81, Shiromine-ji, with temple 82, Negoro-ji, across the Goshikidai plateau above Sakaide and Takamatsu. The old Negoro path keeps many signposts and stone distance markers, and parts of it are a national historic site. Negoro-ji, at about 358 m, is known for its autumn leaves.
