Mount Kuruma Kirigamine

Trail description

Kurumayama, 1,925 m, is the highest point of the Kirigamine volcano on the border of Chino and Suwa. This walk climbs over the grassy highland to the summit, which carries the small Kurumayama Shrine with four onbashira pillars and a weather radar station. The southeast side is open grassland used for paragliding, while the northwest side is forest.
