Mount Inamura from Dorogawa Onsen

Trail description

Inamuragatake, 1,726 m, rises near Sanjogatake in the Omine range of Nara. This out-and-back route starts in Dorogawa Onsen, walks past the Bokodo hall to Horiki Pass, follows the hillside path to the Inamuragatake hut and climbs the last steep stretch to the summit, 16.3 km with about 920 m of climbing. Women were long barred from Sanjogatake, and Inamuragatake became known as the women's Omine.
