Trail description
A 3.7 km loop with about 300 m of climbing from the trailhead over the summit of Haruna-Fuji, 1,391 m, and back along the shore of Lake Haruna. Haruna-Fuji is the symmetrical cinder cone inside the summit caldera of Mount Haruna, a dormant stratovolcano in Gunma. The volcano began forming more than 300,000 years ago and last erupted in 550 AD.
