This route follows the ridge from Misaka Pass over Ohanyama to the summit. The top is surrounded by tall spruce and hemlock, so the views are limited, but the rocks behind the summit hut look out to the Northern, Central and Southern Alps. The Ena Shrine inner shrine and a first-order survey point stand near the highest point.
