Trail description
A 1.9 km walk of about 40 m of climbing on the Akiyoshidai plateau in Yamaguchi Prefecture, at about 220 to 250 m. The plateau is a 130 square kilometre area of karst with more than 400 limestone caves, protected in a Quasi-National Park since 1955. Its groundwater system is a Ramsar wetland of international importance.
