Trail description

A climb of about 710 m from the Bocchetta Campiglia along the Strada delle 52 Gallerie, the First World War mule track blasted through 52 tunnels in the rock of Monte Pasubio, to the Rifugio Papa at 1,928 m. About 5.7 km one way. A head torch is needed in the longer tunnels. The track is closed while snow and ice remain, usually until June.
