Trail description

A 5.9 km climb of about 960 m from the Col dei Tori forest road above Predazzo to the Rifugio Torre di Pisa, at 2,671 m on Cima Cavignon in the Latemar group. The hut, the only one in the Latemar, is named after a 40 m leaning rock spire beside it that looks like the tower of Pisa. The path is steep but well kept; the Latemar lifts from Predazzo and Pampeago shorten the climb to Passo Feudo.
