Trail description
A steep 5 km climb of about 925 m from Forca di Presta past the Rifugio Zilioli to Monte Vettore at 2,476 m, the highest peak of the Sibillini. The ridge looks down on the Lago di Pilato and across the Piano Grande of Castelluccio. Check for trail closures since the 2016 earthquakes, whose fault line scars the mountain's flank.
