Trail description

A short 1.4 km walk from Passo Falzarego to Lago di Limides, a small lake at about 2,170 m above Cortina d'Ampezzo, with about 80 m of climbing through larch and Swiss pine. On calm days the lake mirrors the Tofana di Rozes, Averau, Sasso di Stria and Lagazuoi. It is one of the easiest walks in this part of the Dolomites, about 30 to 40 minutes each way.
