Trail description
A 2.6 km loop at the Laghi di Fusine near Tarvisio, close to the Austrian and Slovenian borders, at about 930 to 965 m below the Mangart group. The two lakes, Superiore and Inferiore, are of glacial origin; the upper lake at 929 m covers about 9 hectares and feeds the lower one underground. Paths run round both lakes through the woods, with restaurants by the shores.
