Trail description
An 8.5 km out-and-back walk with about 300 m of climbing from Roccamorice across the plateau and down into the Valle Giumentina to the Eremo di San Bartolomeo in Legio, a hermitage built into the rock wall of the gorge, and back the same way. Pope Celestine V lived here as a hermit. It is in the Majella National Park.
