Trail description

A 2.6 km climb of about 490 m from the Rifugio Cavone to the Corno alle Scale at 1,945 m, the highest summit of the Bologna Apennines. The path climbs past the Lago Scaffaiolo area to a top with views over the Tuscan and Emilian Apennines. The ridge is exposed to wind and storms.
