Trail description
An out-and-back walk of about 2.4 km from the Badab-e Surt car park near Orost, in the mountains of eastern Mazandaran, down to the Badab-e Surt springs. Mineral water has built a staircase of orange and red travertine terraces on the hillside; keep to the edge paths, as walking on the terraces damages them.
