Trail description
A walk from the village of Cemoro Lawang down into the Tengger caldera and across the sand sea to the smoking crater of Mount Bromo. The path passes the Pura Luhur Poten temple, then a concrete stairway climbs the ash cone to the narrow rim above the steaming vent. About 3.1 km one way.
